Materials
We strive to find the best quality of natural stones and shells when creating new work. Our materials are imported through vendors from across the world.
Kingman Turquoise, Black Jet, Green Serpentine, Olive Shells, Royal Purple Jade, Palmwood Serpentine, Yellow Serpentine, Pipestone, Gaspeite, Mother of Pearl, Conus Shell, Pink Mussel Shell. Thulite, Pink Opalite, Bumblebee Jasper, Denim Lapis, Lapis Lazuli, Maligano, Tiger Cowrie Shell, Bone, Red Leopard Jasper, Spider Jasper, Spiny Oyster Shell, Rohodochrosite, Royal Purple Jasper, Conch Shell, Amber, Rhodonite, Strombus Luhuanus Shell, Magnesite, Lion’s Paw Clam Shell, White Clam Shell, Cone Shells, White Clam Shell, Charoite, Dalmatian Serpentine, Melon Shell, Variecite, Lepidolite, Sandstone Serpentine, Alunite, Picasso Marble. (The list will vary depending on availability of the material.)
Craftsmanship
PLEASE NOTE: We use all natural stones and shells. There may be natural imperfections in the material used in our work (i.e. pores in shells), but that does not compromise the quality of the final product.
Each piece of jewelry is one-of-a-kind. We take great pride and care when creating each piece; we will always stand behind our craftsmanship. Our studio is located at our home in Kewa Pueblo, and we use all natural stones and shells to provide the highest quality creations.
Repairs
We stand behind our craftsmanship and are happy to facilitate any repairs. We will evaluate the type of repair needed to determine repair cost. All repair costs must be mutually agreed to between both parties. Most repairs are typically completed within a 6-8 week period. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss a repair.
Adjustments
Most of the listed necklace lengths (from end to end) range between 17 inches to 19 inches. If you require a specific length, please contact us and we'll be happy to accommodate.
Returns or Exchanges
Exchange or returns for an item purchased within 5 business days will be handled on a case-by-case basis (we do not guarantee an exchange/return will be accepted). Any return or exchange must be discussed via email (admin@marylouisetafoya.com) or phone (505-465-2793), and proof of purchase must be provided.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for pre-owned items that exceed this timeframe - No exceptions.
RETURN SHIPPING
All returns must be shipped at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost packages from the customer. Insuring the package is strongly recommended when sending an item back.

Shipping
All items will be shipped by USPS to arrive in 2 to 5 days from the placement of your order. We insure each package (cost for insurance is calculated into shipping prices based on weight).
